long time no sea

Its been nearly 700 years since ive been to a beach..and not just any beach but the beautiful beaches of kerala....the tall,elegant coconut trees that spread out like a million umbrellas ..the cool breeze that wipes across your face like a splash of cold water and the fine sand ..ahhh a simple retreat!!The waves that splash against the shore like a bull approaching fiercely,full of energy and tons of power packed within...are a very refreshing sight.Sitting on the beach,sipping on cool natural coconut water(which is a "must-do" in kerala)one can spend hours together just looking at the exuberant waves ..and oh to wet your feet into the coolness of the sea is absolute bliss.But again i live in chennai and the beach here..is called ..the Marina...where you get the 'aroma' of hot deep-fried delicacies (of the beach) called bajjis you have these 'nose-ring' ladies who walk around with a basket containg hot sundal (another delicacy) ...well though its not like the serene beaches of kerala..it sure is a place to freak out..with all the ammmazing..lip-smacking food that you get.*yawn*---Its time i had a dip in my bath tub....yeah its a sunday and im still in my pyjamas...

hip-hop vs music

well i know many wouldnt agree with me ..but its true hip-hop aint music!i mean what kind of music is fancy words with absolutely no meaning?Music is meant to set ur mind,body and soul free..its something that's got the power to lift you up ..power to seduce you..and not something to do with wearing expensive jewellery and crap(or rap..whatever!)Clapton,Hendrix,Satriani,
Rahman,Knopfler,Zappa and the list of such brilliant artists goes on.They make music,music in the right sense..beautiful words and very intricately carved tunes and rhythms.50 cent,lil-bow-wow,nelly,blah blah ...in the name of music ..fake it!Diamonds,pearls and what not ..glittering all over their naked bodies..and they....CRAP..all that jazz to CRAP!!!!I understand its personal preference but sometimes the media(ahem..MTV)..guide you the wrong way..you end up listening to stuff like gay boys(backstreet boys...oooo),the very hyped J-lo,britney(yucck).So next time you want to listen to some gooooood stuff...turn on VH1 (and thy shall be blessed with music for thy soul).................

tadaaaa.....

15 years have gone by and still when i look back on those years i find happiness and joy in those 15 very precious years of my life.I remember crying on the first day of my school and it didnt feel awkward at all 'cause everyone around was crying too(as loud as possible)..but today when i have to leave this school,the school that has given me so much,it definitely feels awkward.But one thing i have learnt to do over these years is to 'KEEP SMILING' and never to lose hope.I dont regret doing all that i have done these years simply because i know ive enjoyed every bit of it,right from bunking school to those little mischievous acts(carried out successfully with the help of friends ofcourse..lol).I sure have gained a lot from most of my teachers and i thank them from the bottom of my heart for all their care and concern.I sure will miss the "rawdy told you not to talk" and the "ajjualy's"..lol.But yeah 15 fun-filled years is pretty much what i've had in this school with a difference.

Blabber..blabb....bla...bla...(part 2)

hah!another day has gone by and i still am standing right at the spot i started my life from.i find it weird when people say"you never know where life's going to take you"..you stare at that person for a moment thinking "yea rrite.."..but when you try to reflect on what that person's actually said, it's like ,"well maybe its true..".sometimes its frightening when you dont know what's ahead of you but then again you might think that what happens,happens for the good.i believe in this totally.definitely every human has a reason for anything and everything he does considering the fact that he is the highly intellectual creation of the Almighty.sometimes my life just stops,freezes right there in my thoughts,i become so numb that i barely even care about what's happening around me.i treasure those moments,those thoughts ,because deep down inside i knw ive found an answer to my thoughts.a beautiful feeling sets in you and you feel levitated.to set your mind free is one of the greatest joys of the human mind,clears out frustration and the hollowness thats within.its almost like a process of rejuvenation.this is when i feel like ive achieved something...ive achieved self-realisation( though not literally).....and still inspite of my these thoughts..im still sitting right here on my chair sipping on a glass of orange juice waiting for yet another day of deep thoughts ..hah..and another day's gone by..............................

the ball and the hair

before you get started on "things" related to the title of my this post ..let me tell you this is a pure vegetarian post..yea..with the fifa fever in air,I noticed a few new "hair"styles this year!David Beckham apart from his footie skills always has an extra something that attracts attention..and for those who don't think its his looks ...its definitely the 'hair'.His blonde locks and mohawks simply attract attention.Every player tries to beautify himself these days..and some of them just do it the right way.I remember watching this match recently where one of the players from trinidad and tobago had the most horrifying look..thanks to his hair!He was dark with the brightest shade of white on his hair!(eww...)But yeah for all the horrible hairstyles we come across we atleast get to see some good football. Its always nice to watch stylish players ...but still at the end of the day the question that sets me thinking is how the hell do these guys handle 'the ball' and 'the hair' so well!?!

Have u ever felt delighted to smell something? The most mesmerising ,intoxicating and the sweetest of the sweetest smells..the beautiful Mother Earth with the first drops of rain gently embracing her chest..ahh love it!it makes u forget about everything around you.However depressed one is, this b.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l 'aroma' sweeps you off your feet into a world of serenity.I wonder what would it be like to have a perfume with that fragrance..nah..nothing to replace the Nature's ecstatic aroma.The lovely yellows and browns of the porous Earth and the crystal-like droplets of water simply intoxicate one's senses.All the flowers and trees around rejoice along with the Nature by swaying gently.Its like evryone and everything around you is made happy and you just can't stop yourself from rejoicing too.....maybe then you just feel like going "when i'm ..when i'm in the rain..dance with me..sway with me.....lalalalaaaa...."

My team and I were waiting at the stadium for the ongoing basketball ("boys")match to get over as ours was next..suddenly i saw this small built but big arse guy get up (like sum periya parppu) and he gives this "wanna go out sometime babe?" kinda look and i was like "whaaat?whhat how?wha..what??"jeez on the court he pulled his shorts as low as possible to cover that big bulk and look like this macho guy,chewed gum all thru like this insanely hungry cow..and all thru the match he kept looking towards the stand where we girls were seated(we would like to take credit on this bit..we were the best girls ..looks wise u cld find at the corp grnd...but u see its not nice to get attention so cheaply)..wat was this gay &*^%$# thinking??hardly concentrating on the game...all he did was run arnd like a duck on the court...and (once in a blue moon)yea when he got the ball all his "gaymates"..would get up and applaud and say sumthing like "super da"...i guess he thght it wld be a piece of cake to impress us with his "have-not-have" basketball "skills".Girls dont look for skills to get impressed (maybe thts enuff for us to flirt arnd with guys)..but "wanna go out sometime babe.."??!!This is for all u guys ,girls need a guy whose ready to give all his time to his gurl ....someone tremendously affectionate (& understanding)and not jealous if her gurl had guy frends..yeah i knw its too much to ask for but hey ! next time think of sumthing better than chewing gum & pulling ur shorts low!(and that doesnt mean u get ur hair coloured or ears pierced!!jeez!)

Blabber..blabb....bla...bla...

Yesss!This was destined to be my first post!For all those who donno me..i love blabbering!!Its not sumthing that i do to look like a fool or speak in excess(as the dictionary defines it)..its sumthing i do to light up someones day or atleast a moment.Who doesnt like blabbering even a person with the highest intellect does blabber!its definitely not something mediocre to do.the dictionary defines it as speaking in excess..but i would redefine it as an act of joy and relaxation.Its an art that everyone posesses. some people just don get the point in blabbering..well these are the ones who actually blabber the most and simply say "oh maybe i was out of my mind the other day"...yea rite! sumtimes while blabbering we actually end up saying sumthin sensible.Im quite lucky that i have friends who luuhhuuve blabbering too..trust me its fun.u have classes right from morning 8 to evening 3 and at the end of the day ure EXHAUSTED.wats our pill .... Blabber!blabber is of different types ..self blabber (like geet..no offence)...blabber and buy urself a story....or jus blabber to pass time!....cool huh! hey for all those who think im still blabbering.........................urrrrre rrrright!....i just needed to post sumthing to see how my blog looks!

ps:try this out nevertheless..gather at a friends place for overnite and see for urself what u end up doing after maybe just half an hour of serious talk..ull see....the fun begins there!!..u wont even realise uve started blabbering!
